This forum is for fans to submit videos that they have created for themselves. Anyone who submits a video that's been done by someone else, or containing clips from someone else's music video will have that submission deleted and they themselves will be banned from this forum.
Please respect the work of others and don't pass them off as your own or leave any kind of negative feedbacks. Doing so will also result in being banned from this forum. You will be given a warning and if you continue to negatively criticize other people's work, you will then be banned.
Spamming of any kind will also result in deletion of your posts and banned from the forum as well.

If you feel a video contains a clip that you made or a video that you made, please notify me with the names of the video and the user who submitted them, along with the original source material made by you thats downloadable and I will look into the matter. If I find that you are correct and someone submitted a video that was made by you or contains a clip made by you, the appropriate actions will take place

Remember, this forum is strictly for people to share their creative work, and to have fun competing in a friendly competition.

Each round will last a full month...The first three weeks will be opened for submissions and the final week is for judging. The awards will be posted in this forum after the judging process is finished.

Unlike some other award sites, this award site is strictly for others. I or any other judges will not submit our own videos. In my opinion, that is the only way to maintain the integrity of the KVA site and to ensure each and every individual who enters each and every round gets a fair and honest chance to win.

You are allowed to enter no more than 2 videos per contestant, per round. Each video will automatically be entered into certain categories that is clearly identified in Categories, so you do not have to enter your videos in those category...However, if you are submitting 2 videos in a round, each video must fall into two separate catergory from the available listing. ie: Best Effects, and Best Relationship

This awards forum is open to any types of fandom. As long as your video hasn't won an award, you are allowed to re-enter your video in any future rounds. But, if you win an award, you cannot re-enter it.

You will have the option of posting a downloadable link or embed your video from a streaming site, like youtube. If you are posting a downloadable link, please make sure that the link is working. If the link is broken, you will have up until 3 days into the judging process to fix the problem...However, this is completely up to the judge/s discretion. Depending on the amount of submissions, you might be forced to re-enter your video in the next round. So, please be aware of that when posting a downloadable link. The judge will post a notice to let you know if the link is broken. It is your responsibility to check this forum on a regular basis. Please note. "NO RAPIDSHARE..."

Any videos containing excessive violence, profanity, and/or sexual content must be appropriately stated when posting your video so that anyone who wants to watch your video will know and going in and won't be offended.

The awards will be made by me personalized to the winning video. Please keep in mind that this can be time consuming process so be patient.

Remember, have fun and respect the work and time that people have put into making their videos. Do unto others and you would want others do unto you.
